Music Program Overview

Welcome to our music program page!  We're excited you've taken the time to visit us!  Our church enjoys a number of musical ministries you might want to consider. Whether you are able to join us for a short period of time or the entire church year, you will be immersed in making music for a higher purpose.

Our Adult Chancel Choir rehearses every Thursday from 8:00 to 9:00 PM and presents offertory anthems most Sundays.  A small group of dedicated choristers gather every week to work on sacred works from varied music styles.  We also work collaboratively with other choirs to present concerts and other special events.

In addition, our children are involved in music ministries through our Children's Choir, our Handbell Choir and our Faith Dancers, a liturgical dance troupe.  Elementary school age kids get together on Thursdays from 5:00 to 7:00 PM to sing, play Orff instruments,  bells, dance, and/or work on a play/musical. These activities are offered through the Performing Arts Troupe (PAT).   Our youth is also involved in music ministries through Instrumental Ensembles. They work on chamber music and to accompany other music groups.

As you can see, music is an integral part of our worship experience. To enhance this experience, a Worship Design Team gathers periodically to look into creating uplifting worship services for all churchgoers.  We urge you to join any of these ministries either temporarily or throughout the year.
